HydX AB was established in October 2009. The business consists of sales, construction and production of hydraulic systems for a wide range of applications in mobile, industrial and marine equipment. In addition to extensive knowledge of hydraulics, the company possesses unique expertise in oil lubrication systems.

As the owner of several major businesses, Volito has been committed to making a positive contribution to the development of the surrounding society since its inception. After thirty successful years, it is especially gratifying for Volito to celebrate its anniversary by donating one million Swedish kronor to the research of Roland Andersson and Daniel Ansari on improved diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

Marie Persson has been appointed Managing Director of Volito Fastigheter AB. Marie will take up the position no later than May 1, 2021 and replace Pelle Hammarström, who will enter a newly established role within AB Axel Granlund. Marie comes most recently from the position as Head of Leasing and Marketing at Skanska Öresund AB.

Karin Bengtsson has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Volito AB. Karin will assume the position March 2, 2020 at the latest, and she will succeed Fredrik Molested who will take up the position as CFO in AB Axel Granlund. Karin currently holds the position as the CFO of the Malmberg Group.

The Board of Directors of Volito Industri AB has appointed Johan Frithiof as Managing Director of Volito Automation AB. Johan will assume the position March 1, 2018 at the latest, and he will succeed Thomas Larsson who will leave the Volito Group. Johan currently holds the position as the Managing Director of FAS Converting Machinery AB.

Bosch Rexroth has named Volito Automation as a new partner in Sweden. The collaboration means that HydX, HydSupply, PF Hydraulik and Hydratech considerably strengthen their offering with both high-quality components and unique expertise from one of the world’s most respected suppliers.

Volito Automation is continuing its expansion in the Nordic countries. The group has acquired 100 % of PF Hydraulik in Borlänge. In connection with the acquisition, two highly qualified engineers were recruited who had previously worked at PMC Hydraulics.

HydX AB and Hydro Swede AB, both part of the Volito Automation group, will in the future act together as one company. After the merger, the company name will be HydX AB. The purpose of the merger is to create a stronger company by pulling the strengths from both companies together into one, even stronger, organization.

Ulf Liljedahl (born 1965) has been appointed as the new CEO and Group Chief Executive Officer of Volito, succeeding Johan Lundsgård, who is retiring. The appointment will take effect on March 1, 2015. Ulf Liljedahl has been serving as the CFO of Husqvarna Group since 2011.
