PF Hydraulik in Borlänge has a large number of loyal customers within mobile and industrial hydraulics, both in Dalarna and the rest of Sweden. At the time of the acquisition, the company had seven employees and a turnover of approx. SEK 25 million. In connection with the acquisition, two additional experienced hydraulic engineers were recruited – Patric Stenberg and Erik Jonsson. Both had previously worked at PMC Hydraulics in Borlänge.
“The company’s founder and former owners, CEO Fredrik Ström, Sven-Erik Östlund and Karl-Ove Pettersson will all continue to run the company in their present positions,” says Thomas Larsson. “When we look for new companies for the group, a long-term perspective and commitment are important elements.”
PF Hydraulik’s operations are oriented towards the aftermarket, refurbishment and installation within mobile and industrial hydraulics. The company has developed strongly since it started in 2000.
